Our Story
RoseGarden Senior Living was founded in 2005 by the Johnson family, who experienced firsthand the challenges of finding quality care for their aging parents. Dissatisfied with the large, impersonal facilities available at the time, they envisioned a more intimate community where seniors would receive personalized attention and truly feel at home.
Starting with a single location in Pasadena, Maryland, RoseGarden was designed to accommodate just seven residents, allowing for an exceptional staff-to-resident ratio and creating a family-like atmosphere where every individual is known and valued.
Today, while maintaining our commitment to small, personalized care settings, we've expanded our approach to include innovative themed living spaces and specialized programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

With over 25 years of experience in senior care, Elizabeth founded RoseGarden with a vision to create a more personalized approach to assisted living.
